BELLA is an intimate salon experience located on the beautiful Canton Waterfront in Baltimore. Since 2001, owner Kristen Chandler has dedicated herself to leading her staff in providing the highest quality & most customized hair experience.
Quality & safety are our top priorities. Our staff frequently receives continuing education, and we pride ourselves in creating a space which values teaching & learning.
Additionally, we take safety & sanitation incredibly seriously, upholding the highest sanitation standards & practices, including barriers in between each station & diligent disinfecting.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you are unable to make this reservation, please call us at 410-327-7872, or text our same day response phone at 410-916-4399. Appointments canceled with LESS THAN 48 HOURS notice are subject to a CANCELATION FEE of 50% of the total of services scheduled. Appointments canceled with LESS THAN 24 HOURS notice or clients that do not show up for their appointment are subject to a CANCELATION FEE of 100% of the total services scheduled. Cancellation or No Show fees are the sole responsibility of the client and must be paid in full before the next appointment. We understand that unavoidable circumstances may cause you to have to cancel or be unable to show up to your appointment. Fees in these instances may be waived with management approval.
